"This was my first home-buying experience, and it did not disappoint! I got Bailey's contact information from my manager who was also house hunting at the time. She was able to give me great advice on which areas I, as a young professional, would enjoy the most. I had only been working with her for a week when I found THE house. She went early the next morning and took some great videos of the neighborhood and the house. By the afternoon, I was driving 3 hours away to see property myself. The next morning, Bailey put together an offer, which I did not know the first thing about doing. She helped me navigate through the process of outbidding other offers, which I was a little nervous about but had full faith and trust in her to guide me through it without pushing my limits. My final accepted offer included a stipulation of closing during a 3-week period. Bailey was very communicative during that time, helped me stay on top of inspections/appraisals, and worked hand-in-hand with my lender to make sure everything was on track to meet the deadlines. Looking back, I don't think the process could have gone any better -- I walked away from the closing and it was unreal since everything had happened so quickly and seamlessly! Bailey has been great to work with; she's kind, actually cares, is very knowledgeable about the area having grown up there, and is professional while also being down-to-earth. If I ever have to sell, she will definitely be my first and only call. Get her while you can because I am passing her info along to all my colleagues who will also be moving to the area!"
