The name "Kendall" pays tribute to a former homeowner, Kendall, who lived in the original house on this site for approximately 50 years. Before its demolition, she reached out to share her story and requested to reclaim a substantial number of materials from the home for use in a new project she was building or renovating in Sylvan Park. In recognition of her deep connection to the property, we chose to name it in her honor.
