The Landings at River North in Nashville, TN: Residential, office, retail, & restaurant spaces

Nashville is gearing up for a wave of exciting developments that promise to elevate the city's appeal even further. From upscale residential communities and trendy retail spaces to diverse dining experiences, Nashville is poised for a transformation that caters to its residents and visitors' evolving needs and desires. Additionally, Knoxville is to be included, welcoming new establishments that are set to enrich the city's culinary scene. The Landings at River North:

The Landings at River North is set to include two residential buildings with retail space on the main level and the waterfront warehouse turned into a commercial and office building. Fogg Street Lawn Club:

Something completely new for Nashville will be Fogg Street Lawn Club, a British-style Lawn Bowling on a 6,000-square-foot rooftop lawn. With meticulously designed green spaces and multiple levels of entertainment, this will be a great addition to the city.

The Pinnacle:

Expected to open in early 2025 the 4,500-capacity music venue, The Pinnacle, is coming to the Nashville Yards. This new addition will further Nashville’s reputation as a music hub.

The Printing House:

The Printing House Nashville is poised to become the city's first Tapestry Collection by Hilton Hotel. Towering 11 stories high, the boutique hotel will be located on the corner of Third Avenue South and Peabody Street.

Padel Haus:

For fitness enthusiasts and sports lovers, Padel Haus introduces a novel concept – paddle tennis combined with a vibrant social scene. The indoor club will open at 502 W Thompson Lane being the biggest location yet with 39,000-square-foot. Expected to open this summer.

Retail

HERO:

Recently opened in 12 South HERO is a boutique with incredibly cute clothes. They also have a sister store Parish located in The Gulch.

Nordstrom Rack:

This new location will be located in a 24,000-square-foot store in Cool Springs Market in Franklin, TN. With this new location, Nordstrom continues to grow their physical footprint and economic impact in Tennessee.

Oliver Peoples:

Another new addition to the 12 South Collection, Oliver Peoples is centered on elevating the client experience and blending functional yet aesthetically pleasing design. Each boutique takes into account the distinct characteristics of its local region and culture.

The Bottega at Frankies:

Frankies, already a local favorite, has opened The Bottega – a haven for those seeking authentic Italian prepared foods, coffee, pastries, cheeses, and more. The Bottega is a must if you are looking for food that blends local charm with global trends.

Benji's Bagel & Coffee House:

Nashville's breakfast scene gets a boost with Benji's Bagel & Coffee House, offering a delicious array of bagels, coffee, and morning treats. This cozy spot is destined to become a local favorite in West Nashville.

Philippe Chow:

Renowned for its Beijing-inspired cuisine, Philippe Chow is set to open in 2024 at Cummins Station in Nashville. With a reputation for culinary excellence, this dining establishment is a welcomed addition to the city's diverse food scene. You can now get on the waitlist for reservations.

Postino Wine Cafe:

Wine lovers rejoice! Postino Wine Cafe brings a relaxed and inviting atmosphere paired with an extensive wine list and delectable bites. This Arizona-based chain is set to elevate Nashville's wine bar experience.

Fancypants:

Scheduled to open in early 2024, Fancypants aims to delight patrons with a whimsical nine-course menu designed for communal dining experiences. Situated in East Nashville, this establishment is set to further elevate the local culinary landscape on that side of town.

Federales:

A modern Chicago-based eatery is bringing an innovative twist to Mexican cuisine on Division Street in The Gulch. Federales will boast a welcoming outdoor patio, complete with a retractable roof for pleasant weather, and will also exhibit locally sourced art.

Saffire:

Renowned for its Southern-inspired dishes, Saffire is making a comeback at The Factory in Franklin. As a beloved local spot, this restaurant is poised to reclaim its status as a neighborhood favorite.

New to Knoxville

Lilou:

Knoxville embraces Lilou, a recently opened French brasserie, making its debut in January of this year. The esteemed hospitality couple, Aaron Thompson and Jessica King, proprietors of the renowned Brother Wolf aperitivo bar and Osteria Stella, will be at the helm of Lilou as well.

The Humble Hog:

Prepare for a barbecue delight as The Humble Hog brings its expertly smoked perfection to Gay Street in Knoxville. The owner is committed to wholeheartedly embracing local brands, and incorporating them into the offerings at the restaurant.

Saint Lucille's Kitchen:

St. Lucille’s, located next to Crafty Bastard on Emory Place, will collaborate on service coordination. While they will operate as distinct entities, customers will have the convenience of ordering from both the Crafty Bastard and St. Lucille’s menus. If you're in search of a fantastic new Cajun spot, this is a must-try.

Kern’s Food Hall:

Kern’s Food Hall will showcase an array of culinary delights crafted by some of the city's top chefs. Whether your palate desires sushi, tacos, or pizza, this hub caters to everyone. Additionally, the venue will offer shopping outlets, bars, and an entertainment area for a complete and diverse experience.

Tupelo Honey:

The beloved Southern gem, Tupelo Honey, is extending its footprint in Knoxville with an upcoming Fall opening of a new location in Farragut. Anticipation is high for this exciting addition!
